Sales Associate
Full-time
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities include:
• Talk with existing & new customers to discuss needs, answer questions and make product recommendations
• Prepare quotes & accurately enter orders into the system
• Implement sales plans to achieve sales goals
Ideal Candidates have:
• An understanding of agriculture, horticulture, and/or general growing practices
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales or ag-related field
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ag-related field preferred
Office Support & Reception
Full-time
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities include:
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, sales, and correspondence
• Coordinate and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ideal Candidates have:
• A basic understanding of agriculture and/or growing practices
• 1-3 years’ experience with customer service or administrative tasks
• A high school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse Associate
Full-time
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities include:
• Pick customer orders with high accuracy
• Receive product and coordinate organized, consistent storage locations
• Load and unload daily freight
Ideal Candidates have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs above waist level
