a.k.a. Canada Tick Trefoil. This native legume has a deep taproot making it very drought tolerant. It can reach 4 feet tall with pink to purple flowers. After flowering, the seedpods are very sticky and cling to clothing and animals. The plant does best in clay, well-drained soils in full sun. Blooms occur in mid to late summer. One packet contains 7 grams.
